Thank you for your interest in our upcoming Parkinson’s hiking trip to Bali!

This will be my seventh international adventure of challenge, purpose, and connection since 2011, and I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.

The scheduled departure date for the trek is June 12, 2026. As outlined in the below itinerary, this is a 10-day journey through the stunning tropics of Bali. Daily elevation gains and losses are moderate—no more than 600 meters/1800 feet per day, and some days are relatively flat. Distances will range between 4 and 10 miles, with plenty of time built in for rest and taking in the scenery.

This trip also serves as a fundraiser for the Parkinson’s Association of San Diego, supporting vital programs and resources for our community.

We’ll be holding an informational meeting in September or October, where we’ll go over all the important details, including:

  • Total cost
  • Expected weather
  • Packing and equipment tips
  • Balinese culture
  • And most importantly, training plans, which will begin the first week of February 2026

As always, please feel free to reach out to me personally by clicking here.
